Welcome!

Whispering Meadows is a diverse residential community in Ypsilanti Township, MI, located 35 miles west of downtown Detroit, and 15 minutes east of Ann Arbor, home of The University of Michigan. There are approximately 210 home sites. Homes have four-sided brick, 2-3 car garages, vaulted ceilings, large yards and basements.

If you plan to have a pool or build a fence, deck, patio or other structure, you must contact KC Property Service, LLC for approval, as well as the Township Building Department at 734-485-3943, or the Ordinance Department.
