We have our Annual Home Owner Association (HOA) Meeting coming up on October 19th at the Ypsilanti Township building, main conference room (come in through the main doors and the hall is on the right hand side, plenty of seating and easy to get to).
Topics to go over
We need to reach quorum and will be voting to changing some bylaws pertinent to the community. A new approach this time around in order to encourage more people to come out is the availability of $100 gift card that will be randomly drawn for a lucky attendee, just to say thank you for participating in your local community and helping drive our local association.
